The Workshop of the Engineering and Production Problems facing Dates Industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The workshop was convened on Wednesday February 14, 2001 in the College of Food and Agricultural Sciences. The workshop was supervised by the Department of Agricultural Engineering, and was attended by 132 persons who were concerned about the field of dates industry and production from all over the Kingdom and from different nationalities.

Workshop of Cereal Cysts Nematode in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 22-23/8/1422AH
Cereal Cysts Nematode workshop was held in the College of Food and Agricultural Sciences, King Saud university, Riyadh. It was organized by the Plant Protection department (nematode diseases research laboratory) during November 8-9, 2001. Over 100 participants had attended; among them were experts and barley and wheat production officials in both public and private sectors.
