Vision Details

All KSU hospitals will become paperless organizations -all internal and between KSU hospitals processes- by using advanced automation systems such as: Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Content Management (ECM) and others, at the same time they are all integrated by sharing the same databases (e.g HIS, PACS) duplicated in every hospital if needed, for better performance and backup purposes.

Moreover; the best reorganization's frameworks, best practices, standards and benchmarking (e.g CCHSA^®, HL7^®, ITIL^®, PMI-PMBOK^®) will be embraced and implemented, to ensure the highest service quality, best utilization of resources and the best Return On Investment (ROI).

The above vision will improve the patient care quality and make the physician's life easier by capturing all relevant data, aggregating it to useful information, making it available, secure and confidential for only who have the right to know.
