Job Title: System Administrator Ref.# 100102
Job Description:
|
• Provide on-call consulting advice and technical support to various users regarding specific operational and applications issues. |
|
• Assist in managing multiple linked databases to include security, data safety and integrity, disaster recovery. |
|
• Assist in implementing, planning system security policy, to include firewalls, host and client access, file permissions, and user accounts. |
|
• Assist in installing and debugging new and/or upgraded software on server and client platforms, ensure compliance with current site licenses; designs, programs, and manages websites and associated pages. |
|
• Research, evaluate purchases, install, configure, and troubleshoot all hardware, peripherals, and equipment necessary to meet integrated systems objectives. |
|
• Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational problems. |
|
• Install required operating system, security patches and bug fixes and maintain consistency. Download and install current Anti-Virus signature files, and scan all hard-drives using them. |
|
