A Word From the Chairman

        Nursing improves the human condition in powerful ways. The world does not yet fully understand the scope of our impact, but progress is being made. As nursing faculty at King Saud University School of Nursing, Medical Surgical Nursing Department, we continue to build our science, searching for effective ways to achieve and sustain good health and to improve patient care . We draw inspiration from our amazing students—our future nursing leaders who will move the profession forward. We prepared our students to improve practice, to use nursing science, emerging technologies to help patients, And to provide high quality of care.

       The department of medical surgical nursing offers different undergraduate courses, these courses run from the first year of the nursing program. The different courses provided by our department it help the student to acquire knowledge .skills and attitude necessary to provide a holistic patient care. This department also offers a master of sciences degree in Adult Medical Surgical Nursing

       In our department we share different experience, to discover and prepare students to be the future leaders of our profession. Members of our staff dedicate themselves to everyone’s success.
