Student affairs
The students’ affairs unit plays an important role in serving the learning and academic process at the college. Its main role is to support every single effort exerted to make the learning process successful. For example, the students’ affairs unit is responsible for answering the students’ enquiries about their study schedules and lecture halls. It also takes part in the student registration process and the preparation of study schedules. Furthermore, it conducts case studies of unsuccessful students and accordingly presents reports about those cases to the students’ affairs committee that makes the proper recommendation regarding each case. It is also worth mentioning that the students’ affairs unit has an important role to play in ensuring the smooth running of the final examination processes.
