Student Affairs Unit

   The student affairs unit in the College is one of the supporting College units that take care of student affairs to render services, guidance and assisting the student scientifically and academically. It is the link between the College and the admission and Registration Deanship and the student affairs in the University.

 

The duties that are assigned for this unit are the following:

 

-Preparing courses schedule for the first year in College.

- Coordinating with the College sections within concern of study schedule.

- Coordinating with the College sections within concern of the study halls.

- Assisting students who have difficulties with their studies.

- Preparing database about the College students (males and females).

- Provides information and guidance in the areas of transfer requirements within the College and within the university.

- Provides leadership and innovation in the recruitment, administration and support of students.

- The supervision of orientation week for the College students.

- Supervision and participation in different student activities which take place within the College.
