Computer Lab:

The College of Tourism and archaeology is equipped with a computer workshop linked with the main University computer center and   the internet. The workshop is provided with softwares and modern electronic teaching means. It is in use for scientific research, teaching and familiarizing students and promoting their skills with the use of computer technology and internet in the following:

1- Tourism administration and its industry: in tourism marketing, administration and promotion of tourism destinations, tourism accounting, tourism economics, directing fairs and conferences, and designing of tourism programs.

2- Archaeology: in archaeological surveys and excavations, conservation and restoration of archaeological sites, preparation of data bases and their display, etc….

3- Heritage management and tourism guidance: in managing natural and cultural heritage resources. In addition, it is extensively applied in tourism guidance and preparation of the data base of tourism destinations.
