The Department of Law was established in 1429 AH (2008). The Faculty of Science and Humanities of the Al-Kharj province, King Saud University, ensures the interest of scientific and practical aspects in the field of public law in all its branches and seek to keep abreast of developments and the consequent of new developments of human civilization in the legal field both internally and externally, linking all the conditions of society and development requirements, taking into account our Islamic values compared with other legal systems, in order to prepare a cadre of specialized legal expertise required in different areas, while contributing to the development of culture and legal awareness in the community.
