The syllabus of the private international law includes five main topics: First: Nationality: this includes the definition and elements of nationality and its problems and ways to acquire and lose Saudi nationality. Second: Homeland: The study includes the definition of homeland and the international role of the homeland and the dispute in identifying it. Third: The international treatment of foreigners, including its development and applications in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Fourth: International Civil Proceedings which include identification of the international jurisdiction of courts and the conditions for implementation of foreign verdicts in the Kingdom. Fifth: the international conflict between laws. It includes a definition of the conflict between laws and the basics of the theory of conflict in the Islamic jurisprudence and the comparative law and identification of the applicable law and methods of its exclusion.

This topic includes a study of the organization of the relations of countries with each others and their relationship with the international organizations, both in time of war or peace. It also concerns with outlining the structure of the functions of the international bodies and organizations.
332 Zakat and taxes System in the Kingdom 3
This syllabus contains the Zakat and tax systems in accordance with the prevailing regulations in the Kingdom in terms of its basis, conditions, and nisab (minimum amount for Zakat) and how to estimate it. The syllabus deals with the following: (1) the system of Zakat in terms of types and legal system of each type (2) the tax system in terms of types and legal system of each type.

This topic is divided into two parts, one deals with the means of solving proper international disputes and the means of political, economic and military coercion. The second part deals with the international maritime law, and reviews the stages passed by this law, and the conventions concluded on this context and the extent of its development under the umbrella of United Nations and its conferences (Prerequisite 233 systems).

This syllabus addresses the following topics: (1) a general introduction containing the definition and evolution of the penal system and its sources and different branches. (2) the general theory of crime: the definition of crime and the divisions of crimes and the general elements of the crime and what results from combination of these elements to uphold the criminal responsibility and the way to deny that responsibility. (3) the general theory of punishment: the definition of punishment, its purposes and characteristics and divisions and types of penalties that govern its application, variety and its expiry.

The study of this syllabus contains the following topics:
(1) A general introduction containing familiarization with the penal system, particularly the special section of this system and its characteristics and how it is taught in Saudi Arabia. (2) a detailed study of the major crimes in terms of identifying the elements of each crime, particularly the crimes of bribery, exploitation of the influence and crimes of forgery and counterfeiting and forgery of currency or stamps or checks.

415 Maritime law systems 2
The study covers the following topics: (1) definition of maritime law - history - sources - the scope of application. (2) the ship (its legal system - ownership – the other rights). (3) persons of Maritime Navigation (the microscope - the master - the crew - the ship supervisor - the payload supervisor - stevedoring contractor - marine broker).
(4) maritime contracts (the ship lease contract - sea transportation contract - Marine sales - the marine loan contract - maritime insurance contract – guidance contract - The maritime towing contract. (5) maritime accidents (maritime collision, marine - maritime assistance - joint losses).
