The objective of the Committee:

The Committee aims to regulate and follow-up the tests process.
- Coordination of the tests process through the optimal use of the examination halls and the equal distribution of shares of tests' supervision at the college level.
- Delivery of the completed test degrees to the Deanship of Admission and Registration in a timely manner.

Functions of the Committee:

- Liaison and coordination with the timetable committees for preparation of monthly and final tests' timetables.
- Formation of an annual committee for distribution of examination halls and supervision in the monthly and final tests timetables.
- Follow-up of the tests' process.
- Submission of students related cases (request for substitute test – cases of cheating --) to the Students Problems' Committee.
- Preparation of a report on the monthly and final tests.
- Periodical updating of the Tests Committee dossier to cope with the needs of the college.
- Discussion of the most appropriate distribution of the curricula in the final tests schedule at the college halls.
- Equal distribution of supervisions among the College curricula.
