The most prominent functions of the Committee include:

- Coordination with the Central Class Timetables Committee to identify the needs of the departments for teaching staff members.

- Coordination with the Central Class Timetables Committee to identify the needs of the departments for classrooms.

- Distribution of timetables to teaching staff members through the coordinators of disciplines.

- To submit to the Central Class Timetables Committee the needs of departments for teaching staff members to teach the service syllabus from the other departments of the college.
