The special education department was introduced in 1429 academic year. The duration of the study in this section is four years then the student receives a Bachelor's Degree in special education in one of the following majors: Visual Disability, Hearing Disability, Mental Disability Excellence, and Innovation Learning Difficulties The Department aims to train and rehabilitate special education teachers to work with children with special needs (the disabled and the gifted) in elementary and intermediate schools both in special education institutes of the above mentioned types of schools as well as to work in the private sector such as charity organizations that provide educational services for the disabled and the private schools which have special education programs. .
