لا تستخدم محتويات أو نصوص لها حقوق ملكية مثل: الأوراق العلمية الغير منشورة، أوراق البحوث الغير منشورة، صور من مواقع تمنع استخدام صورها بواسطة حقوق الملكية الفكرية ، أو أي مواد حية مثل الفيديو وغيره.

تأكد من استخدام الملفات الشائعة الاستخدام مثل مايكروسوفت إكسل، أدوبي بي دي إف، مايكروسوفت وورد، مايكروسوفت بور بوينت.

عند وضع الصور تأكد أن تكون نهاية امتداد الصورة هي JPG أو GIF ولا تستخدم الامتدادات الأخرى نظرا لكبر حجمها وعدم موافقتها مع الأنواع المتعددة للمتصفح

عند وضعك لأوراق علمية في الصفحة تأكد من حقوق النشر لدى الناشر حيث أن بعض المجلات العلمية والمؤتمرات تحضر وضع هذه الأوراق على غير مواقعها الرسمية ، وفي هذه الحالة يمكنك وضع عنوان الورقة العلمية ورابط على الموقع الذي يمكن منه الحصول عليها.

Make sure to provide content in a format that is viewable by the intended users. PDF, Word, Power point, Excel are the most common file formats.

When using images, make sure that you use either JPEG or GIF, since they're the most common format online and they are easier to download and view in most browsers.

If you are going to put your scientific publications and papers, make sure that you don't violate the copyright regulations of the organizations where it was published. If you are not sure, it might be a better idea to provide the abstract version only.
