Tasks of the Information Team

• Setting out an information plan involving those within the university and informing them of the current developments taking place in the  strategic plan.
• Highlighting KSU efforts in the area of Strategic Planning.
• Designing and supervising informational missions related to activities of the strategic plan.
•  Designing missions for informational inauguration of the plan and propagating this to the public.
• Arrange an informational propaganda plan for the Grand Seminar on the Strategic Plan.
• Provide continued advice to the Principal Team and sub-teams in relation to the plan.
• Avail an information website for the plan on the internet.
• Defining communication mechanisms with information media for propagating the university mission via the Strategic Plan Project.
• Paying special attention to external population in Arabic and Western universities to open the chance for real involvement with these universities and reflect the good image of KSU and its international impact.
