Functions and job definition of the Principal Team for KSU Strategic Plan
The Team is responsible for all tasks necessary for building up the Strategic Plan for the university. In this regard they are authorized to do whatever they deem fit to achieve the goals of the Project including:

Supervising setting out the plan (according to a general preset framework) and tracing its implementation.

Forming any necessary sub-committees, defining their role and Renumeration scheme.

Close follow up of the sub-committees achieving their goal.

Approving Project Trend and laying down a reasonable time schedule.

Defining a Consultant Body for the project, identifying its role, supervising and closely following its chievements, in addition to negotiating the cost of the contract.

Endorsing the final document for the strategic plan and forwarding it to the concerned appropriate authority for its approval.

The Team may seek the help and assistance of whoever they deem fit in Respect of administrative, financial and technical tasks.

The Team may communicate and coordinate with all related authorities and establishments - local and international – in the interest of achieving the goals of the project.
