We outline 10 milestones for the kick off stage, these are:

Complete the tasks of the Team.

Arrange for a workshop involving university leaders – within a month – to define aspirations and outline trends.

Form a sub - work –team for laying the RFP details.

Form a sub – work – team to set assessment standards.

Call on Companies to submit their Proposals in consistence with the RFP.

Evaluation of the submitted proposals and Short listing the best 3, arrange for a visual display to choose the most suitable.

Formation of a number of sub work teams to work with the consultant as defined by the stages of the project.

Conduct the needed workshops:

Vision, Mission, Goals, Values and Ethics, Specifications of KSU throughput.
