Strategic Plan Project Execution Scheme  **

We outline 10 milestones for the kick off stage, these are:

1.  Complete the tasks of the Team. 
2. Arrange for a workshop involving university leaders – within a month – to define aspirations and outline trends.
3. Form a sub - work –team for laying the RFP details.
4. Form a sub – work – team to set assessment standards.
5. Call on Companies to submit their Proposals in consistence with the RFP.
6. Evaluation of the submitted proposals and Short listing the best 3, arrange for a visual display to choose the most suitable.
7. Formation of a number of sub work teams to work with the consultant as defined by the stages of the project.
8. Conduct the needed workshops:
   •  SWOT.
   •  Vision, Mission, Goals, Values and Ethics, Specifications of KSU throughput.
   •  Quick Wins.
   •  Strategic Options
9.  The Execution Plan.
10. Inauguration of the Plan.

**  Each point is accompanied by a wide informational coverage. The last 3 points involve a number of branching steps and trends that should be spelt out in full as execution proceeds.
