Visits and interviews are one of the most important ways to identify the experiences of others and therefore they are useful in strategic planning. However, it was difficult in many cases based on strategic plans to travel around the world to meet with officials of the special institutions wishing to take advantage of the standard model experience and expertise. It was difficult to travel to meet with university officials in the case of outstanding global strategic plan of the Group of King Saud University, due to time constraints and the existence of alternatives to travel with the exception of what has been benefiting from the summer period In fact. some universities have achieved distinguished and significant progress which makes use of tests is necessary, especially the achievements in dealing with some difficulties in the transition from teaching    university. To research university , which were able to achieve the same kind of administrative and financial independence, despite it is a government university or universities with multiple centers and student numbers are similar to the numbers of students at the University of King Saud, therefore, the mayor of colleagues in the Group strategic plan to use the telephone seminars to meet with a number of officials of these universities and dialoguing about aspects of their excellence in technical support team of McKinsey Company Which may prove role by arranging such meetings.
