Vision
To spread quality and culture and to elevate the educational, research, social, and administrative levels of the Faculty of Education through improving the quality of its graduates including teachers, specialists, educational leaderships, and researchers according to the community needs to achieve a leading position locally, regionally and internationally.

Mission
To improve the Faculty’s educational, research, social, and administrative activities through developing and following up the performance of its members and providing a stimulating environment for development and creativity with the aim of raising the quality of the various products of the faculty.

Objectives of the unit

• Raising awareness of quality in the faculty.
• Evaluating the performance level of the faculty.
• Conducting and following up evaluation and academic accreditation.
• Designing and implementing strategic plans of the faculty.
• Identifying possible development targets and suggesting necessary projects to achieve this.
• Suggesting work teams in the projects introduced by the unit.
• Encouraging staff to suggest plans and help them activate their suggestions.
• Providing necessary facilities for all work teams who are enforcing quality.
• Documenting the efforts and the results of implementation and sending them to the faculty of quality.
• Collecting data and information on the quality activities in the faculty regularly.
• Doing regular reports on the performance levels and the satisfaction of the targeted groups in every activity.
• Following up the procedures of the distinction prizes in the faculty.
• Doing other missions assigned to the unit regarding quality and ways to implement it.
