Objectives of the Department :
 
1. Train kindergarten specialist teachers, supervisors and directors.  
 
2. Contribute to the development of the skills of cadres in the field of kindergarten in various sectors.  
 
3. Alert the various society segments on the importance of kindergartens. 
  
4. Contribute to pushing forward the methodical development and educational reform through the development

 and continuous assessment and evaluation of early childhood programs and fulfill theoretical research and field

 studies in this area.  
  
5. Provide professional and scientific counseling and community service in the field of childhood and early education.  
  
6. Organizing conferences, symposia and work meetings and implement specialized projects in the field of

childhood.  
  
7. Establishing scientific and specialized units to serve the goals of the Department.
