Strategic plan to improve the quality:

 

1.     Identification coordinated evaluation and accreditation of academic department and the formation of the Committee.

2.     Conducting an initial self-evaluation of the current status of each track section to assess the status of quality and setting priorities for improvement.

3.     Writing a preliminary report on the current status on the application forms, and measures of self-evaluation standards; to discuss with the quality, and develop performance indicators to measure the evolution of performance and quality improvement to mark the beginning section, and, in this chapter by: (work descriptions for each decision, Characterization of the program, workshops for each file Decision).

4.     letter and determine the goals and objectives for quality.

5.     Coordination with the men's section in the development objectives and strategic and operational plans for the development section.

6.     To review the study plans of the Section the following ways:

A.   To provide information from the post of Islamic studies at local universities and global plans and objectives converged with the plans and objectives of the section.

B.   Field survey to identify the needs of the labor market in the area of specialization.

C.   Balance between the scientific content and performance skills and identify outputs and linked to the labor market and community service.

     The final design of the plan and rewrite the school curriculum files, including the strategy of learning and teaching in line with the requirements of development, and contemporary circumstances.

7.     Focusing on skills gained through student decisions in the areas of information and knowledge, skills and social skills, responsibilities and skills and the former outreach and psychomotor skills.

8.     The selection of the determinants of performance of the Chairperson of the performance monitoring (according to performance indicators attached) through the review of the development section.

9.     The selection of the determinants of performance and a plan Annual operating in accordance with the branch of the National calendar and academic accreditation status.

10.            Starting the implementation of operational plans and preparation of all procedures, instructions and training section or unit strategic plans and take different periods of the program, according to the requirements of the University Academic Accreditation Center.

11.            Control and results of operations and the collection of data on key performance indicators pertaining to the department.

12.            Calendar programs and President of the indicators of performance.

13.            To report to the Deputy curriculum section, where each quarterly report, Professor Under at the end of each chapter for each decision of the decisions which taught.

14.            Write the report of the program or to consult the faculty of the Evaluation Committee and the competent department of credit for what happened in the program for that year, and includes - well - the General evaluation and comment on key issues and develop suggestions for improvement.

15.             Priorities for improvement:

A.   Workshops in each track of the section in order to develop a plan to characterize the decisions and the amendment to address the problem of repetition in some decisions.

B.   Evolutionary internal audit work in the section between professors specialized in each. C. Workshops with the men's section of articles and decisions and specialization for a strategy on the performance and indicators of learning and teaching.

C.   Files at the end of each chapter includes duties, research and presentations by leading professors in the various section decisions.

D.   The work of the Commission of students are requesting to see the work of development and quality strategies and practice on teaching and learning.

E.    The establishment of a laboratory to teach the Koran

F.    The development of a library section, and providing access to the Internet, for the benefit of professors and graduate students.

G.   The work of the follow-up committee of professors to follow up on student education field to ensure the scientific quality of the output section.

H.   Create an advisory committee in the section following the students after graduation to see the labor market and its requirements, and aim for quality teaching and student learning.

I.       Section lifting needed to develop the following:

§  Postgraduate studies in the General preparation.

§  Replacement decisions to prepare students for the General preparation decisions such as: scientific research skills, grammar and rhetoric and advocacy, to prevent the recurrence of fact, the study because of those decisions.

§  The development of scientific dependent references (the decisions of specialization) of the rector of scientific research (like other scientific sections)
