Final exam rules
عزيزتي الطالبة
نقدم لك هذه القواعد في موسم الاختبارات :
1-لا يسمح للطالبة الممتحنة دخول قاعة الاختبار بعد مضي نصف الوقت من بداية الاختبار, كما لا يسمح لها بمغادرة قاعة الاختبار خلال نصف الوقت الأول من بداية الاختبار.
2- لا يسمح لأي شخص عدا الممتحنات و المراقبات بدخول الاختبار إلا بإذن من رئيسة المراقبات.
3-على الطالبات إحضار بطاقات الهوية الجامعية إلى قاعة الاختبار, و قد لا يسمح لهن بتأدية الاختيار بدونها.
4-يمنع منعا باتا أن تتقدم أي طالبة للاختبار محل طالبة أخرى , و في حالة الإقدام على ذلك تفصل الطالبة من السنة التحضيرية و تحال كلا منهما للجنة التأديب في الجامعة لتطبيق العقوبة اللازمة.
5-يجوز لرئيسة المراقبات أن تطلب من أي طالبة ممتحنة مغادرة قاعة الاختبار إذا كان سلوك هذه الطالبة يسبب إزعاجا لبقية الطالبات.
6-لا يسمح للمراقبات و الطالبات إدخال أجهزة النداء الآلي أو الهواتف النقالة أو الكتب الدراسية أو أي مادة مكتوبة أو أجهزة التسجيل أو الاستقبال إلى قاعة الاختبار.
7- أي طالبة ترتكب غشا في اختبار أو حاولت الشروع فيه و ضبطت في حالة تلبس , تحال إلى لجنة الاختبارات بالعمادة لإثبات ذلك بمحضر و من ثم إلغاء اختبار الطالبة في المقرر الذي غشت فيه أو حاولت الغش فيه و يجوز للجنة ترسيبها في مقرر آخر لا يزيد عنه في عدد الساعات .
8- لا يسمح للمراقبة بإعطاء أي معلومة لها علاقة بمادة الاختبار لأي طالبة.
9- الطلاب الذين يحضرون متأخرين لن يزاد لهم في الوقت ليكملوا الإختبار

منسوبات السنة التحضيرية ..
Dear students
These are the exam rules :
1-Students are not permitted to enter the examination classroom after half of the exam time has passed. Also, they are not permitted to leave the examination room during the first half of the exam's time.
2-No one - other than the students being examined and the invigilators - is permitted to enter the exam room except by permission of the head invigilator.
3-The students must bring their university's ID to the examination room, they are not permitted to take the exam without it.
4-It is absolutely forbidden for any student to take the exam in place of another student, in case this happens the students will be expelled from preparatory year and both of them will be taken before the disciplinary committee of the university to apply the appropriate punishment.
5- The head invigilator has the right to request any student to leave the examination room if the behavior of this student disturbs other students.
6- It is not permitted for the invigilator or students to bring pagers, mobile phones, text-books, tape recorders or any written material to the examination room.
7- Any student caught cheating or attempting to cheat will be taken to the examination committee and if the cheating is confirmed the exam will be cancelled and the committee has the right to fail her in another course as well.
8- It is not allowed for the invigilator to give any information related to the material of the test.
9- Students who arrive late will not be given any extra time to complete the exam
